We’re a mishmash of old and new game developers. Our fearless leader is Rich Heimlich. Rich has been in the game development world since the early 1980’s having founded the very first, and largest quality assurance testing firm in the video entertainment industry — Top Star. Top Star’s credits include literally several thousand software and hardware products that they helped to develop over a 16 year period. If you played a video game from that era chances are that Top Star helped make it the very best it could be.
Rich is also a noted author having written several books, including the bestselling Sound Blaster: The Official Book series. He has also written for several of the top publications in the multimedia industry, appeared in the documentary, Beep: A Documentary History of Game Sound, and is a member of the Philadelphia Film Critics Circle and the Broadcast Film Critics Association.
